💡 Too much information can confuse, paralyze, and fuel anxiety. We live in the information age. At every moment, we are exposed to news, articles, social media, videos, notifications, messages, emails… The amount of data we receive daily is enormous. While having access to so much information can be an advantage, it can also become a factor that fuels anxiety and mental exhaustion. This phenomenon is known as information overload or infobesity : receiving more information than we can effectively process. 🔹 How information overload fuels anxiety The brain needs to filter, organize, and process the data it receives.
